We offer a waiting list for expected litters or kittens not yet available for reservation. No deposit is required to join the waitlist. Once kittens become available, waitlisted individuals will have the first opportunity to select their kitten and place a deposit to secure their reservation.

Kittens are priced at $2,300.To reserve a kitten, a $500 deposit is required. Payments can be made via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price, with the remaining balance due at pick-up or delivery (typically at 11–13 weeks of age).

📌 Note: Shipping/delivery fees (if applicable) are not included in the purchase price and will be an additional cost.

 Reservation deposits are non-refundable, as cancellations limit opportunities for other buyers and contribute to costs already incurred (such as vaccinations, premium food, and care supplies). We encourage buyers to be fully committed before placing a deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the kitten is released. We accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or another agreed-upon payment method. Cash is accepted if the breeder and buyer meet in person.

Kittens are ready to go home between 11–13 weeks of age, once they are: 

✅ Eating solid foods
✅ Well-socialized
✅ Litter trained
✅ Up-to-date on vaccinations & veterinary exams

Our kittens are from healthy bloodlines with no known history of HCM, PKD, FIV, or FeLV. Each kitten is guaranteed against congenital and hereditary diseases for one year from the date of purchase.

Pick-up near our cattery or a mutually agreed location can be scheduled by appointment. Delivery via car or flight (by cattery personnel or a commercial pet courier) is available for an additional fee based on distance. We also offer a meet-up halfway option, which is a convenient and cost-effective choice for many buyers.

  The buyer agrees to establish a relationship with a veterinarian and have their kitten examined within 14 days of ownership transfer. This first check-up confirms your kitten's health and gives your vet the chance to establish a personalized care plan, including vaccinations and wellness check-ups.

The buyer is responsible for maintaining routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and general health check-ups, to ensure the long-term well-being of their kitten.

Declawing is strictly prohibited. This painful surgical procedure removes the tips of a cat’s toes, leading to lifelong mobility issues, discomfort, and loss of natural protection.

 All kittens are sold as pets only, with no breeding rights.

Buyers must agree to spay/neuter their kitten within 90 days of transfer of ownership. We partner with SpaySecure, a trusted service that ensures responsible sterilization at an appropriate age. They provide guidance, reminders, and follow-ups to assist with the process.
